  29. And Monitors because you need that to see LW and Mice because you need that to use LW and dont
  30. forget hydroelectric dams because without electricity NONE of us can run LW (unless of course
  31. you use coal-fired electricity but thats another thread). I can see why typing "BEER" while
  32. using an OGL screen blanker is an important discussion topic and mentioning the Amiga which has
  33. NOTHING to do with LW.... 8-). I just hate coming home in the afternoon, Clicking on get mail and
  34. then getting 60-70 emails that DONT even mention LW. I can see why some people want off this list
  35. sometimes. There are a lot of very talented people on this list and I liking hearing what they have
  36. to say about LIGHTWAVE. All this other stuff does have a LITTLE to do with LIGHTWAVE and IMHO should
  37. be on another group. Any posts Ive seen regarding techniques, tips, tricks fixes to someones question
  38. I save into a special director so I can refer to it later. I compile a lot of this stuff and take
  39. to work and print out because there are several people learning LW there. But it has actually become
  40. VERY rare that I can do that anymore because there is more discussion about things that I can findout
  41. somewhere else because they are NOT Lightwave specific topics. For example Im sure that none of the 
  42. 3DS lists or Imagine or Real3D dont use videocards. The same criteria LW users use for which video
  43. card is just as relevant to OTHER lists as it is to ours. Lightwave, however, is DISTINCT to this list
  44. and I wish we could stick to just LIGHTWAVE and go somewhere else for the rest. That way everyone here
  45. gets to learns stuff about Lightwave. Im sorry if I sound a bit miffed but Im sick of deleting 95%
  46. of the email I get from this list because its irrelevant. This IS the LIGHTWAVE list, right?
